History of transaction

Hello all,

I'm creating this thread on behalf of Shashank Shekhar.

A billing is generated in our database which is 6 months old. We need

to identify the terminal name, terminal ip and all ther related history

records of the transaction that has been done. We tried to check it

through STAD but only 3 months old data is visible there. Please

suggest us some solution to track the transaction record.

Hi,

If audit logs are maintained use the tcode SM19/SM20 and also ST03(N) will work if the data collector is maintained for 6 months.

Thanks a lot for your answer. It was really helpfull.

We couldnt solve our problem yet since our data collector is not on.

Request you to help with any other t-code or table name which indicates the terminal name with the transactions.
