Hello,

I created an implimentation project and saved it.

Another user tried to change or display that project by using tcode Solar01 or Solar_project_admin and he got this error message:

You are not assigned to a project.

Can someone please help me out?

Regards,

Hi,

Is he assigned to the project ? In solar_project_admin on tab "Proj, Team Member" is his user account listed there ? As the owner you should assign him as a team member then he should be able to access it.

Hi Nelis,

Thank you for your swift reply.

I am not able to check if this person is actually part of a project. I do not have remote access to that system.

However, I did some checks on the local Solution Manager test system I'm using.

I deleted myself from all the projects that are created on that system and still I'm able to use those transaction codes.

So that cannot be the issue.

Not necessarily, that would depend on your authorizations. I think if you have eg SAP_SOL_PM_COMP role or SAP_SOL_PROJ_ADMIN_ALL then you can have access to any project. If he IS assigned as a team member and he still can't access the project then it is most likely an authorization issue too.
