FireFigher - 2 FireFighters able to use the same FF id at the same time

Hi all,

Very strange query, we were doing some FireFighter testing on one of the QA boxes. We have two FireFighters assigned to the same FF id. Both FireFighters were able to use the same ID at the same time.

The system did not indicate the ID was being used (by displaying the red check light), also no error messages either.

Any advice? On the other QA boxes it seems to work fine.

We are on Ver 5.2

Any advice is highly appreciated.

What SP level you have ?

SP level 0010 is available, may be you should update your system and check the functional scenario again. Am sure problem will go away.

WE had this same problem with FF 5.1. it was related to the dispatcher ports on the server. we applied OSS Note 947726
