Installing ABAP WebDynpro

Hi,

I have downloaded SAP Evaluation Software - Sneak Preview ABAP Edition from SDN website. The downloaded file is in Unknown type. Do we need to extract the file same like Zip file?

After downloading could anybody tell me how to go ahead?

I have manual to install this too. But its not talking about this.
