[Text] 1 language, how to force ?

Hi,

Here is my problem.

My Web Dynpro ABAP Application should be made available for 1 language only.

What is the best way to force this language knowing that :

- WD application is integrated as an iView within EP 7

- can be called from the Universal Work List (based on customizing done in the SWFVISU transaction)

- EP users should be able to display the rest of the Portal content in any language they want (this very application would be displayed in the only language available)

Hello,

I suggest you to set the language for your web dynpro in the creation/configuration of your iView. You can put it in the link called by the iView, too.

I specified the ForcedRequestLanguage parameter in the iView and it works great.

I will also have to switch the SWFVISU configuration from WebDynproABAP to iView, for screens call by the Universal Worklist.
