Cancellation of inspection lot

Dear Experts,

Could any body explain, if I do result recording & Usage Decision of any inspection Lot but does not transfer the stock to sample size & unrestricted Use, is it possible if I cancel the confirmation of Production Order Inspection Lot will cancel or not?

Please revert me.

Hi Shiva,

As per STD SAP the lot once completed for UD, can't be reversed.

You will be in need of the OSS Notes as below...

175842 Inspection lot: Reversal of goods movements from UD

33924 Reversing Usage Decisions

But I think you may able to cancel the Confirmation through CORS.

Then reconfirm it and have new lot.

Note:- The other option I am suggesting as chance only, it's succession Possibilities I can't predict!

hi it will get cancelled, but stock will not get revert to production order.

you need to cancel the GR for production order 102 mvt type

if you did from MIGO.

if you did fromAuto GR from confiramtin then cancel the confirmation

It will not cancel the inspection lot because lot processing is a subsequent activity after order confirmation.
