Short Text

Long Text

Dear Support,

our system configuration is

SAP ECC 6.0 running on Windows 2003 and MSSQL server

SAP_BASIS 700 0016 SAPKB70016

SAP_ABA 700 0016 SAPKA70016

our SPAM version 700 sp level is 029

Kernel release 700 sp level 159

2 days ago, we deploy EhP3 (enhancement package 3), after that we run

test to the system and found that we cannot run VA01, VA02, VA03.

from ST22 the problem seems in program "SAPMV45A"

when we run the tcode, sometime we got Runtime Errors STORAGE_FREE_FAILED

sometime we got message in GUI, work process restarted, session terminated.

please check the attachment for more detail in ST22 and SM21

i already try to revert the kernel level to previous level 144 from our

backup, also got the same error.

I already open the connection just in case, you need it.

we need this to be ready or solved by next week. hope you can help

thanks

Steps for Reconstruction

run tcode VA01 or VA02 or VA03

another information from us to SAP

i just found note

Note 159616 - STORAGE_FREE_FAILED or mode termination

but it is for 4.5b

i tried the similar solution as proposed at that note without success.

i tried to downgrade the kernel level from 159 to 144 without success.

thanks

hi whoever is using this ID please get your admin to change OSS ID uniquely for yourself. Im pretty sure that you are using my previously registered ID that I had when I was working in one of our client last time. Please change this as it is reflected my name. Thanks.

That looks to me like the contents of an OSS message....

Why are you opening a thread for a problem that is already in SAP hands?....
