Service Registy error

Actually I had created a web service in NWDS and exposed it to NWA of P71. I tested the service it was running fine .

Now when I tried to publish the WSDL into the Service Registry I did not find it there . I tried to publish it directly but I got the following error :

com.sap.esi.uddi.sr.api.exceptions.SRExceptionerror code: null detail message: com.sap.esi.uddi.sr.impl.uddi.wsdl.validation.ValidationException: Cannot load WSDL due to " WSDL 'portType' can not have child 'PolicyReference' of namespace 'http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/2004/09/policy' !". Check that the specified WSDL URL "http://inst50084596:50000/sapws/sap.com/ManageCustomerEAR_ManageCustomer_EJB_ManageCustomerImplBean/ManageCustomer/ManageCustomer?wsdl&mode=ws_policy" points to WS-I Basic Profile 1.1 compliant WSDL Definitions file.

Do you have any clue why this error can occur .If you have please do tell .
