SLFI-action defnition-Email to person resposible

For issues SLFI,

I would like to send messages to person responsible.

Under Action profile SLFI_ACTION_PROFILE i created a action defnition as ZMAIL TO PERSON RESP.

partner function as 0008 (Person Responsible).

processing type as method call.

in the conditions for actions included the action defnition ZMAIL TO PERSON RESP

in the message i could able to execute the action.

I am getting a msg that action will be triggered while saving.

But message is not reaching the person responsible.

in the history i am getting the message "No Message Sent."

MY scot settings are ok. because i can able to send emails in SLFN Messages in service desk.

I maintained Business parnter details of person responsible field and that BP contains a message communication as INT and valid email id is maintained.

I have a doubt in the processing type agaist action definition,

I achieved 90%

I deleted the metod call in processing type

and selected as "Smart Forms Mail"

Now i can send to the person responsible .

But the information appears in the mail is insufficient,it gives only short message.

Since i am using the Form Name "CRM_SLFN_ORDER_SERVICE_01"

Processing class "CL_DOC_PROCESSING_CRM_ORDER"

& processing method "CRM_SRVORDER_EXEC_SMART_FORM"

But these are all for support desk messages of Type SLFN.

Can u guide me which Form name & Processing classs should i use for getting the detailed SLFI issues.
