Dear Guru's,

When I am Creating a transfer oder for the material..I am facing with the following error

"System cannot find source storage bin"

I have posted stock thru Mb1c for the material.If i am feeding the details of Quantity,type ,section,sourcebin, and batch..Then the system is accepting.

WHile posting in MB1C where is the link for storage bins..or is there any link in material master.

This is because you have not maintined interim storage bins. Maintain interim storage bins through LX20.

Hi there,

Check when are you getting the error. Like when you enter a source or target storage bin, you get the error. Maintain that particular bin.

Hi there,

When creating the TO, make sure that you have the source & destination bins defined in SAP. Use T-code LS01 to create new bins. Bin naming convention is given by the business.

You create the bins with reference to a WH num & storage types.

TO is basically a doc to monitor the goods movement within the WH from 1 source bin to destination bin.
