Title as a Dr in XD01

Dear Gurus

Sub: How can I add Title in Customer

i.e IN Mr. and Ms. place I need to add Dr. also as a Prefix

even I serched in SPRO " Set Up Prefix " in Ctrl + F but it is not showing path

can any body help me on this

Hi,

You can create Titles in T.codes SA03 or SA19.

IMG>cross application components >sap business partner>business partner> basic settings>forms of address>Maintain Forms of Address.

or

IMG>sap netweaver>application server>Basis services>Address Management>Forms of address and Name Components >Maintain Forms of Address.

To get Dr in Customer Title follow this:

IMG - SAP NetWeaver - SAP Web Application Server - Basis Services - Address Management - Forms of Address and Name Components - Maintain Forms of Address

Here you can Title that would appear in Customer Master.

This would definitely solve your issue...

The data is stored in database table TSAD3T and it is fetched from there when you take a F4 dropdown. If you add Dr to that table (SA03) you will able to see it in F4 dropdown.

Dear Sudha,

Please go through this Transaction to define the title of the customer,

Go to SA03 transaction then maintain the Key , Title as Dr if you want you can select for ther selection like person or organisation or group and gender.
