Connect Solution Manager to which client for EWA reporting

Dears,

I'm setting up a solution manager for EWA reporting and Business Process Monitoring. I however wonder which is the recommended client of the satelite system to connect the solution manager to for EWA reporting ?

Hi Davy,

as I recall it depends on the product running on the satellite system.

For BI, SEM, CRM, Mobile Infrastructure and SCM with demand planning, the data collection for EWA should be done by a user in the working client in the satellite.

Hi Davy,

I'm only aware of a few lines in note 207223 about this...the note is actually for EWA (data processed at SAP), but I don't think the requirements for EWA (data processed by customer Soution Manager) are any different.
