lis deliveries not updating

i have configured lis and created new info structure for deliveries s502 but in that structure data is not getting uploded

Please tell me what all the possible reasons for this

Hi Siri,

Are you trying to check old data? In that case, it would not be populated in the infostructure. Only the data entered into the system AFTER activation will reflect in the report (TCode: MSCI).

Please try to create a new record now and check.

Hi Siri,

Try using OMO1 for updating control of SIS.

After this, if you are trying to view the old data then u need to populate the old data using few transaction.

To populate old data in the newly created SIS Structure use transactions, OLI7, OLI8 & OLI9.
