Automatic delivery of an email from a bid invitation

Hi,

When we create a Bid invitation in SRM, we can send an email for every supplier (manually). Is there anything (Configuration) to send the email automatically????

Hi,

Yes. You can customize it automatic or by selection report. Please check your customize setting. SPRO -> SRM-> SRM Server -> Caross-application Basic Settings -> Set Output Actions for Document Output. There is processing time option for action. It is same logic like PO output.
