File adapter not reading file suddenly

Hi,

My File to IDOC scenario was working properly. Suddenly the file adapter is not picking the file from the location. I have not changed any code. I checked all users, are in unlocked mode only. The log file throws error. Let me know any solution to resolve this

According to error message, in SLD some changes has done. So contact the BASIS team.

I already restarted the instance, stopped / restarted the adapter communication channel n services. No use.

Hi,

Try to stop the communication channel & Restart it manually.

Check the cache are updated & update the SLD cache contents...

in this type of case first try RESTART

Hi,

1)Stop and start the Communication Channels.

2) Activate the scenario.

3) If u r using FTP may be ur credentials wereexpired.check the credentials.
