Problem with CCMS

Hi I'm trying to access the CCMS on my runtime workbench, but am getting the following error

Service cannot be reached

What has happened?

URL http://ermprot1.ordsvy.gov.uk:8000/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui/! call was terminated because the corresponding service is not available.

Note

• The termination occurred in system XID with error code 403 and for the reason Forbidden.

• The selected virtual host was 0 .

What can I do?

• Please select a valid URL.

• If you do not yet have a user ID, contact your system administrator.

ErrorCode:ICF-NF-http-c:000-u:SAPSYS-l:E-i:ermprot1_XID_00-v:0-s:403-r:Forbidden

I would be grateful for any help anyone could give on how to solve this problem.

Hi John,

Try check in transaction SICF if the service

default_host/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui is activated,

or run program RSXMB_ACTIVATE_ICF_SERVICES..

It looks like not all services XI is using in the internal ITS of your XI-WAS are active.
