Hello!

We have experiment with Service Desk

I can't customize to make an answer on "customer" message. Does anybody know how to do it?

Which prerequisites are reaquired?

One more thing. I need to activate a list of "components" (transaction NOTIF_CREATE, field "Component")

Hi Artem,

Can rephrase your first question please? I don't understand what you want to do.

Poplulating your Component List is easy.

1. Tcode: SOLUTION_MANAGER

2. Open your Solution

3. Menu: Edit > Fetch SAP Components
