HTTP_RESP_STATUS_CODE_NOT_OK - 500

All,

The following error is displayed in the R3 environment when we check the message using SXMB_MONI the message never leaves SAP R3 to XI as it is only visible in R3.

<SAP:Code area="INTERNAL">HTTP_RESP_STATUS_CODE_NOT_OK</SAP:Code>

<SAP:P1>500</SAP:P1>

<SAP:P2>Soap document processing failed</SAP:P2>

further down the XML the following detail message is displayed:

SOAP Runtime Exception: CSoapExceptionDocumentFormat : document format error: XML kernel processor cannot read tag ( kernel rc=1 )

I asked for sp as there was a fix, but its on and before sp12.

In this case did you try this step,

1.goto t code sxmb_adm.

2.Configuration of intregation server.

3.set the "Role of Business System" as LOC "Application system"

Hi,

I communicated your suggestions to the Basis guys as well and they said that our config is correct.Please indicate if you are talking about the R3 (LOC) and XI (HUB)as they are configured in our landscape in SXMB_ADM.

We are using a JDBC adapter in the receiver. But this seems to be an environment issues as the Cache refresh fails on the same error as the messages. e.g.

Unable to notify integration runtime (ABAP) of data changes

http connection to "http://hostname:8000/sap/xi/cache?sap-client=250" returns the status code "500" in response
