Hi,

i am using a newly configured XI system.

and my scenario is HTTP -> XI -> FILE.

Outbound process completed without error but the inbound process queue status is in "Waiting"

any configuration needed to start the inbound process...?

Thanks,

Hi,

Goto SMQR and Delete al the Queues

Goto SXMB_ADM--Manage Queues-Just Say Register Queues. No need to Activate and all.

Before doing all the above steps make sure that all the Queues those have been strucked in SMQ2 or SMQ1 needs to be cleared first

as u said u had a fresh XI installation, it mite be possible that your queues were not registered properly.

go to SXMB_ADM-->manage queues and register them. once u do this u shud not need to release the queue everytime.

thanks,

latika.

Delete the queues by SMQ2.

Go to SMQ2. Enter the queue name and release it manually

Hello,

Check whther any error is provided in the queue entry. Since it is showing 'Waiting', it is waiting for some resource to get available. Also, check the RWB for any communication channel error entry.

Check SMQ1, SMQ2 as well.
