Calculate the screen size

Is there a possibility to get information about screen size of the user's browser?

I am developing screens for mobile devices with small screens and want to avoid scroll bars. Still I want to have a frame that fits the whole screen.

That information is not exposed. Instead consider using Flow Layout to allow the screen to resize itself automatically.
