when i run a smart form using the print program, an error comes:
"maintain an output device in your user master data"
so plz tell how to maintain an output device in your user master data?

say you are using smart form for sales order... now when one creates a sales order, the printer needs to be specified within the order so as that when the smartform is been issued, it validates for the printer and thus process further...
check the output device setting in SPAD tcode

Choose menu: System - User defaults - Own data.
On the constant tab, give LOCL code for the output device.

Your program look for the default printer of the user ( SU01 : Constant tab ).
As it doesn't find it, you got the msg.
( you have to indicate the printer device )
