Content server and Cache server

Hi SAP community,

user A at Munich saves local a document 150 MB in CV01n, another user in Hamburg wants to see the document. When he first opens the document it is loaded in the Cache Server. So when he opens it for the second time it should still be in the Cache Server, but it starts loading from the Content server again.

So is this normal (for such a huge document) to be loaded again from the Content Server or which parameters has to be set or changed that the document will be loaded from the Cache Server (and where)?
