condiguration of SD-BIL-IV-SM resource-related down payment (PLM feature)

we want to configure resource-related down payment.

This is provided in PLM add on. We have tried testing the standard solution (TAF sales order type and item category / L2DM billing request

anyone has already configured this solution ?
