Dump on F1 help

Hi To All...

i m currently Working in SAP..

When Any ABAPer going to press F1 help for keyword Documentation he get the dump.

Since we was tried for many times to solve these prob with help BASIS . But still there is no solution.

i going to give you Some detail of that Dump,

CX_SY_open_SQL_DB=============CP.

Can anybody help me in this..

you give not many informations about the dump....

But try to read and apply the oss note

Note 945518 - Dump if F1 called
