Block from adding new items in Delivery

Dear SAP Gurus,

Good Day!

Is there any way to disallow/stop the user from adding new items in the delivery?

Currently, after the order is copied over to delivery, user will add new items in the delivery.

So, I would like to grey off the items so that the user will not be able to add new items.

Any idea?

Hi,

You can make use of the routine 201 or 202 in the Delivery document type - One allows the user to enter the new items in delivery and the other prohibits the same.

Enter the routine number in the 'Item requirement' field of the customisation of Delivery doc type.

Hi,

You can add fields LIPS-VGBEL & LIPS-VGPOS to Delivery Item Incompletion Procedure and assign to your Delivery Item category.
