Order document type ORTYPE and version VRSIOID: No order data areas defined

Hi All,

when i sent the replenishmentOrderNotification to SCM, this message cannot be processed and i get error just like:

Order document type ORTYPE and version VRSIOID: No order data areas defined, 003(/SCMB/ODM_CX_ORDA)

(and i already activate the vgor and ordr)

and the product is missing too, error: Product key 000000000000000001 (category ID) not found

and i already check the note: Note 1080981 - Settings for SAP SNC 5.1 <--> SAP ERP integration

with no luck

could anybody help?

Hi

Please check the OSS Note 836457 and implement the instructions specified in that note even though it is not applicable for SNC. We did it same way and we are able to activate all data areas and components related to ORDR.

Hi,

I got the same error message and tried OSS Note 1178483, but nothing happened? I am using SNC 7.0

What else could be the reason for the error message?
