Cross Catalog Search

Hi,

Need your help with Cross Catalog Search.As I understand is that for Cross Catalog Search to work catalog vendor needs to activate OCI BACKGROUND_SEARCH and OCI version needs to be 4.0

Have question what exactly catalog vendor needs to do at his end to activate OCI BACKGROUND_SEARCH and what setting has to be done at SRM side to work other than activating cross catalog search.

Do we need to open any port...

Dear Pritesh,

The cross catalog search functionality only works with selected catalogs, generally, external catalogs do not support such a function, as a rule of thumb, you could consider CCM and SRM-MDM to be the main 'Supporters' of the CCS function.

Hi Jason

We are working with one punch-out catalog and one MDM catalog. I am trying to use cross-catalog search functionality but it is resulting in no-item display though individual catalog searches are working fine. Is punch-out and mdm catalog combination supported in cross-catalog search?
