Underdelivery does not give back allocation quantity

Sales order confirms 100 cases using up all remaining allocation. Delivery is cut, shipping only 50 cases to customer.

The remaining 50 cases are not given back to the allocation.

AC42 shows allocation quantity considering only the 100 cases confirmed from the order, not the actual fill.

Please check /SAPAPO/AC06 for the material plant combination , if any entry is there in TQA please clear it.

i guess if you have created delivery for 100 quantity than it is hard constraint, it will not give back allocation quantity.

Please change delivery to 50 Q and see.

Since the ATP check confirmed the 100 cases, the delivery note creates with 100 cases. The warehouse fills the delivery note with fewer cases because there was unanticipated damage of product. We have to adjust the delivery quantity and the picked quantity to 50 cases. After posting goods issue this variance is not given back to the allcation.

Is there a standard report, something similar to /SAPAPO/SDRQCR21, that actually fixes this problem?

You can use transaction /SAPAPO/OM17 ,/SAPAPO/ATPQ_CHKUSG,/SAPAPO/ATPQ_CHKCUST and fix it .

Unfortunately the 3 transactions you listed don't fix the problem. There are no outstanding updates in the CIF queue.

OM17 didn't show differences

/SAPAPO/ATPQ_CHKUSG only checks confirmed quantities, not delivered quantities,

/SAPAPO/ATPQ_CHKCUST works the same way.

there doesn't seem to be a report that compares delivery note quantities.

Have you ran BOP for the material ?Please run BOP and let us know the result .
