Sales order KE type

Hi,

I have two lines of the same product ready to be delivered. They are confirmed and when I try and create a delivery only the first line item shows up. The order is of KE type and both lines are associated to two different production orders.

Why can I not create 1 delivery for both the items?

Are the two different production orders causing the problem?

Hello,

Check the confirmed Schedule line for both the items. If both the line items having same confirmed schedule lines, then both should pickup in the same delivery.

Different production order is not an issue here.

Check the dates in schedule lines of the items. If they are different, you will have different deliveries.

As long as the schedule lines dates are same, you can have them in 1 single delivery. There will be delivery split only if either

Shipping point is different

Schedule line date is different.

Requested delivery date is different. or

Ship-to is different.

As you would be aware, order type KE is nothing but consignment issue which should have been created in reference to F8 Proforma document. In this case, you should not be having any problem in creating issue delivery.

If this is not the case, please let us know why you are using KE order type ??

I am using it so i can track theproduction orders associated to it.

As far as the confirmed quantity is confirmed I am aware of it.

baed on shedule line if conformed quntity is there u can do 2 iteams eliveery same time.
