Email to Support Team works from 1 system only

Hi All-

I have configured our Service Desk to automatically fire an email to the Support Team immediately when a message is created. However my issue is that this only works when an email is created from one system (e.g. DEV).

To further clarify I have 4 systems in my landscape:

SOLMAN

DEV

QA

PRD

The automatic email to the support team only works when I create a message from DEV. If I create a message in the other systems the support team is determined automatically but the email action does not fire.

Any ideas what I may be missing in the remaining systems?

did you try hitting it with a hammer? That sometimes works for me. Don't do it more than three times though or you'll spend the weekend putting it back together, no matter how many king's horses and king's men you have helping you.
