Hi,
I have post a manual cost entry thru kb11n to level 3 wbs but that entry is not rolling up to the parent level wbs.
Kindly suggest the solution.

Please check if you have the Level 3 WBSE under the same hierarchy for which you are checking the actuals. If it is, there is no reason it can't roll up at the parent WBS.

yes it is...and even it is not showing on root level as well.
