ABAP Mapping

I am trying to convert IDOC-XML to flat file, i used the How to Guide "How Tou2026Convert an IDoc-XML structure to a flat file and vice versa in XI 3.0" .

I was able to create the ABAP object.

I am not able to figure out how to do the following

1. Enabling ABAP Mapping

2. Create an Interface Mapping and your configurations in the Integration Directory as described in the ABAP mapping How-To-Guide.

I am not able to find the "How to Use ABAP-Mapping in XI 3.0" document.

If anybody had the right link to the "How to Use ABAP-Mapping in XI 3.0" document or let me know how to do the above 2 steps, It would be really helpful.
