Receipt and Product View

Hi Experts.

May I kindly ask how to view a user's settings in the receipt view and product view and copy the same settings to another user.

Am really hoping so much for your replies.

Ria,

Go to menu setting in RRP3--> user setting ; see variant

Assign same variant to other user .

Thank you so much for the reply. But if I am not using his user id how will i know the variant that the other one is using? and How will I assign the settings to the user, what transaction will I go to?

Hi Ria,

You choose the profile in the dialog box that appears the first time you

Access the RRP3 or you can load a profile from

Customizing in your user settings in the transaction. You can modify this profile and save it as your variant. You can save as many variants as necessary.

Need to train all the user how to load profile in RRP3/P4.
