Create link which opens an application in netweaver business client (NWBC)?

I am just enjoying the performance improvements of the netweaver business client (NWBC) in WebDynpro application (compared to running them in the browser).

I wonder wheter it's possible to create a link on some HTML page (e.g. in the portal) that opens an application in the NWBC? E.g. I would like to place a link "Open the bla-bla-tool in NW Business Client" on our portal page.

Any ideas?

Hi Daniel

I am not sure if this answers your question, to create a link to a website so you can access from NWBC you create it from within PFCG by adding it to a role.

Rather than adding a transaction, add select 'create other'. From the drop-down select either 'Web address or file' or 'Generic Web Address (URL Template)' complete the details, close and reopen NWBC and try the link!
