I need to download newly a note

Hi all,

By a mistake, in a note, I forgot set the flag for the object in SNOTE dialog step. So I set the processing status like completed. I try to download it newly, but system replies me 'Requested SAP notes has been downloaded', but I cannot see it in the monitor.

Please, let me know what is my error and the solution.

HI,

You can goto SNOTE. select your note and select from menu - sap note - set processing status as

NEW.

SNOTE --> CNTRL + F9, give the note number --> SELECT THE NOTE > FROM MENU SAP Note> set processing status

Thanks to all. The option is in SNOTE, in menu path SAP Note / Reset SAP Note Implementation (Ctrl + F2). Then I can begin the process newly.

Hi,

You can find that note in the processing option. Else you find the status of the note in note browser and select all the notes.
