Hi Subu go to v/06 select ur requried conditiontype. In the tab CHANGES WHICH CAN BE MADE uncheck tick boxes of AMOUNT/PERCENT and
VALUE
So that condition type vll be not changable in SalesOrder and Billing.

Dear Subu
If you want to make a condition type not changable in T-code v/06 for a condition type maintain ' Manual entries' - 'D'

hi
v/06 (condition type) make not possible to manual enteries (D) in condition type control data.
Then it will copy the condition type into sales order and no one can change that condition type.
in control data of condition type
Manual Entries---(D) not possible to manual entries.
Try this u cannot change condition type in va02 or vf01
