Hi Bhargava,
the field "inspection type" for the material is currently not yet implemented in the standard delivered repository => you would need to enhance the material repository on your own or you might use a QM-specific repository for your inspection types.
From an extraction perspective in R/3, there's a transaction QL11 to send inspection data, IDOC-Type MATQM will be used for this. If you would like to bring this into MDM, there might be some work in between neccessary (XI, Import Manager).
