Device type EPESCP2 does not support page format ZPF error message

Hi Gurus,

I am facing a problem in smartforms where I am getting error message "Device type EPESCP2 does not support page format ZPF". Here ZPF is Page Format created thru SPAD. My printer us WIPRO 800.

Can you plz resolved the problem.

Hi rajesh,

You have to add your page format into the device type. Fpr this, go to tcode SPAD.

Select the tab 'Device Types' (in case you are not able to see this tab, press the push button 'Full Administration'). \

Select your device type EPESCP2 by double clicking.

Go to 'Formats' push button.

Here you have to add your page format.
