Release proxy request error

Hi friends,

In scnario jdbc- serverproxy adn in serverproxy i am calling client proxy and that to file.

JDBC-(Serverproxy-clientProxy)-FIle

client proxy is implemented in the serverproxy interface..

when i am releasing the request error is showing as ..

Object CINC ZCL_MI_FICO_4AI_PPSAP======CCDEF is inactive

Object CINC ZCL_MI_FICO_4AI_PPSAP======CCIMP is inactive

Object CINC ZCL_MI_FICO_4AI_PPSAP======CCMAC is inactive

but i have checked evry thing is activated please give me any idea what can we do..
