Dear All,

Can we do indexing for Documents which are located in SAP DMS???

With SAP DMS search iview can I search Documents from SAP DMS ?

If the above can done ,so pls send me the step by step procedure.

Hi Subhash,

cv04n is a standard t-code which is meant for search all the documents created through attributes.

u can try this for searching for documents created in SAP DMS.

How can we search documents from SAP EP 7.0 with the help of SAP DMS iview.

Are you speaking about TREX search thru EP. As TREX only indexes the documents.

Can i create indexes for SAP DMS documents and search documents through TREX server.

Hi,

EP can be connected with TREX server, through ABAP Stack.

TREX Server can be integrated to SAP server (if ECC) and then it generates index file from DMS repository. Users who logs into SAP GUI, will have a functionality to search the document based on the content.
