LSMW-Material master uploading - decimal value for Weight changes

Hi all

while uploading the excel file into the lsmw,

weight in the excel file - 1KG

after uploading the file ,weight is - 0.1 KG

Can some one tell how should the value be maintained for the weight in the excel file , so that the correct weight flows into SAP

Hi Ram..

This could be possibly because your program is recognising the value in the multiples 10 grams....

If the above solutions doesn't work out, try to enter the weight in he multiples of 10 gms.

Hi Ram...

I would suggest you to format the Cells of Excel (By right clicking and selecting Format Cells and give the category as Number with 2 decimal places.

I could be because the particular LSMW program is looking for a decimal value for the field MARA-NTGEW or MARA-BRGEW ( which might cause some error when you copied the data to the load file...)
