What is message protocol ? What is transfer protocol ? I dont know how to define them though I had seen it in the adapter page.

Hi,

Adapter converts message from XI protocol to protocol spoken by the application system & vice versa. To convert the message in the specific application system format you have to select the message protocol available for the respective adapter that you are using.

Transport Protocol says how the message is going to be transported/excnahged from one system to other. This is also again apdater dependent.
