VT70 Print Shipment Document

Hi,

In VT70 selection screen I put shipment no. 1 and press execute then system will show 5 line items of shipment no. 1 cause in this shipment contain 5 delivery orders. Is this possible to let system show 1 line item for 1 shipment?

Dear Jr.SD,

I hope As per the standard systen shows like that each delivery as one line item but if you want club all the item in to single item then you need to take help of ABAPer to put the logic in the shipment output program.

Hi there,

Are you getting 5 different delivery num in the shipment doc?

It could also be a collective shipment where you can have 2 or more deliveries combined & you can also have 2 or more different modes of transportation.

In collective shipments if you want 1 line item per shipment you need to have 5 different printouts for 5 different deliveries.

Check with your ABAPer for that. It needs some modifications in O/p generating prog.
