HR forms

Hi,

I have created one HR form by looking at a standard SAP form XF01 in PE51. Now how can i execute it. I tried to do it by going into Tcode HRFORMS but i cant see my newly created form there. In PE51 i couldnt find any way to activate it. so please let me know how can i execute my hrform and see the result.

Also please let me know what is the relationship between smartforms and hrforms.

Hi ,

XF01----> this is for Payslip , it will be tiggered when u proccess the payrol results.

PE51 --->like scripts

HRFOMRS--->Like Smartforms.

But i have one further doubt . how can i relate the newly created form to the payroll result so that when payroll result executes then instead of standard sap form, my own created customized form should execute.

Hi Aditya,

Please check transaction PC00_M01_CEDT.

we can find the the parameter FORM there we need to give the from name which we have created in PE51 .

In PC00_M01_CEDT, i entered my form zf02 which icopied form the standard form. But when i execute it the i get the following error:

"Formular ZF02 does not exist in the form directory V_T51D".

So how can i register my hr form in V_T512D.

so could you please let me know how can i get over this problem.
