is synch asynch bridge used in synchronous rfc to file please? if so how does it work?

Hi Pratichi,

Synchronous scenarion is when we expect response from receiver.

But File adapter can not send response.

I hope this is wht u want.

Scenario is like this

RFC-XI_File ( Target Directory)

File ( Response Siurce Dir) - XI - RFC

U need to keep a response file in the directory. If the File is succesfully send to the directory then it will pick the response file from directory( where the reponse file u placed and given in the CC) and send to the same RFC.

Yes. Follow this Blog By Sriram Vasudevan. It demonstrate a scenario of Sync Http and file in you case the sender is an SAP RFC function.

There will be RFC--File Sync scenario by using the Sync-Async Communication using BPM

Yes..! You are partly correct why because the File channel doesnot support sync comm, however using the Sync - Async you can design an end-to-end scenario of this kind.
