Field Level Authorization

Hello Gurus,

I need to know how to set the authorization by user roles for field CRMT_8360_SERVICE_UI-OBJECTIVE.

At the moment, this field is not configurable for this need through customizing.

The configuration steps that I looked at are as follows;

SPRO -> IMG -> CRM -> Basic Functions -> Authorizations .

Any suggestions/help will be appreciated and points awarded.

Hey Sibusiso,

There are no authorization objects based on that particular field...What can be done is you can use Badi order_Save and method Check_before_save to satify your business requirement....

Within this badi, you need to find our the role the current user has and then accordingly perform your business validations..
