MRP and PO Creat Report

Hi! All,

What is MRP and PO creat report?What is their function?How do you run them?

Hi,

1.

You can run MRP via MD01 / MD02 / MD03 and you can check the result in MD04 / MD05 / MD06 / MD07.

2.

You can create PO:

a) ME21N (manually)

b) converting a PurReq to PO (e.g. from MD04, ME58, ME59)

c) You can set auto PO creation for GR.

Please clarify your question.

We setup jobs to run automatically.Some of the jobs we setup for a plant are MRP Report and PO CREAT report.To view the jobs we will go to SM37.What is the purpose of these reports and how do you run them?

I'm not sure what you are speaking about...

MRP run can be set as background job:

The purpose of this that the system executes MRP run at the defined time, so users don't have to run MD01 / MD02 / MD03 manually.

As for 'PO create' report I do not know what you are thinking of. Which transaction is behind 'PO CREATE' report?
