Dear Friends,

How we can transfer data between FTP servers.

Kindly provide me some step by step guide for the complete scenario,

I need to fetch the the dats from FT P server and send the data to FTP Server of MDM.

How to define Technical and Business system in SLD for above mentioned scenario.

I dont think you would need to add servers as technical systems for this thing.

In case you want to call RFC or send or receive IDOCs from R3 servers you need to make technical systems as ABAP.

1. You need to configure an File CC with the protocol type FTP both at the sender and receiver.

2. You also need to know the IP of the FTP server and the MDM server and the logon crediantials in order to get FTP connectivity.

Hi Karthik,

You need to use File Adpater with Transfer Protocol as FTP at both sender and receiver side. Rest you need to have the things which you create for any other Scenario like Sender Agreement, Receivere Agreement, Interface det,. Receiver det.
