VFX3: Cancel release billing documents dor accounting

Hi,

I want a bill disappear from the list of VFX3 without canceling the billing document.

How it's possible to block this bill so that it can't appear in T-code VFX3 without canceling the billing document.

You can achive this requirement through User Exit.

Function Module : EXIT_SAPLV60P_013

Include : ZXV6PU13

You have the All Billing Data In "C_VMCFA"

Please Take ABAPER Help and restrict your Invoice.

If you dont want it in VFX3 then u need cancel that billing that is the only way. I think there is no other way for this...

If you donu2019t want the invoice should appear in VFX3 either you have to release to accounting or else cancel the document in VF11.

This is an old bill (2006), which had been recreated manually in their time.

This billing doc appear in VFX3, and the customer want the bill disappear from the list without creating a billing doc for accounting.

Hello,

VFX3 is for releasing billing documents to accounting. It will show what ever documents are blocked for accounting. If u dont want billing to be in this list. Then u need release the billign doument to accounting manaully in VF02.

But please can explain your requirement little bit clear.

U can't block any billing documnet which is blocking for accounting from this list. The main funcitionaliyt of this VFX3 is to release billing documnets to accouniting..
