Hi All,
How to get the information of last login details and also the users who are accessing the system regularly.
In Activity reports we can get the details, but in our system we are not getting any information. Its shows 0 values only. how to run these activity reports manually.
Please guide me.
Thank You,

Hello Mahesh,

To achieve this, you have to [Configure the Log Viewer|http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw2004s/helpdata/en/a0/58db515b95b64181ef0552dc1f5c50/frameset.htm]. Once you configure the Log Viewer successfully, all you have to do is -- trace the user activities.
Also check this documentation: [how to configure the user management engine (UME)|http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw2004s/helpdata/en/a0/58db515b95b64181ef0552dc1f5c50/frameset.htm] for further information.
Regards,
Srihari

In addition to the portal activity reports there also is the UME security audit log. There you can see, when a user logs in and off, if that is what you want.
